Psychiatry vs. Therapy

Psychiatry focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions with medical approaches, including medication management. Therapy, on the other hand, provides a safe space to talk through challenges, build coping skills, and work on personal growth.

Psychiatry vs. Therapy

Psychiatry focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions with medical approaches, including medication management. Therapy, on the other hand, provides a safe space to talk through challenges, build coping skills, and work on personal growth. Many people benefit from a combination of both for complete care.
